The Royal Parks: A charity that cares for most famous urban parks in the world
I am proud to have supported The Royal Parks charity in defining its marketing strategy. This involved:

Positioning: Emphasising their role in preserving these iconic green spaces for future generations.

Developing a compelling fundraising narrative: Highlighting the impact of donations on park conservation, restoration, and community engagement.

Working closely with the senior management, including Head of Marketing, to ensure full buy-in throughout the process. The marketing strategy I created is now being rolled out and delivered by the amazing inhouse marketing team at The Royal Parks.


Driving Visibility for SanDisk: A Global Content Syndication Strategy
I led the development and implementation of a comprehensive content syndication strategy for SanDisk across 9 EMEA countries. This involved:

Collaborating with leading technology partners (CNET & Flix Media), creative partners and online retailers to distribute high-quality, engaging brand and content.

Developing a diverse range of content formats, including videos, infographics, and interactive experiences, to showcase the unique features and benefits of SanDisk's products.

Tracking and analysing campaign performance
This multi-faceted approach resulted in significantly increased product visibility, enhanced brand awareness, and ultimately, drove a substantial increase in sales across the EMEA region.
Ecommerce Growth for HiPP Organic: An Integrated Search Strategy
I led the implementation of an integrated search strategy for HiPP Organic to bolster their direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce proposition. This multifaceted approach involved:

Ketone Powder, Qitone: Marketing & USA Go To Market Strategy
Worked with the small in-house senior team to devise a go-to-market strategy to relaunch the Qitone brand into a challenging but growing market. This included:
